Woydziak Named Hitter Of The Week

PLANO, Texas -- Stephen F. Austin sophomore Carrie Woydziak was named the Southland Conference Hitter of the Week after helping SFA to a 5-1 record for the past week. SFA swept a three game series against UL-Monroe and took two out of three games from Northwestern State over the weekend.
Woydziak batted .650 (13-20) for the week with seven runs scored and three RBI. Included among her 13 hits were two doubles, a triple and a home run. She was also 2-for-2 on stolen base attempts for the week.
