Richie enters his first year here on staff for the Jacks as an assistant coach. He is currently in charge of the pitchers. Richie spent three years at Pratt Community College in the Jayhawk Conference where he coached three all-conference pitchers and sent 10 to the next level. During his playing days Richie was apart of a Nationally Ranked Riverland Team.
