Ladyjacks Secure Two Sweeps Over the Weekend

VICKSBURG, Miss.- The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack tennis team (2-1) headed to Mississippi for the first of three matches over the weekend against Alcorn State (2-4).
The 'Jacks swept the doubles point in commanding fashion with a 6-2 and two 6-1 victories. SFA moved onto singles play where the Ladyjacks continued their momentum and swept each singles match.

The 'Jacks swept the doubles point for the second consecutive match, before moving onto singles play where the Ladyjacks continued their momentum and swept each singles match.

LAFAYETTE, La.- The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack tennis team (3-2) finished their weekend road trip in Louisiana against the Ragin Cajuns (2-1).
Louisiana secured the first doubles win before SFA tied it up, but the Ragin Cajuns were able to secure the double point off a 6-4 win.
In singles play, Ksenia Mamontova, Jemma Cave, and Sonja Rooth all picked up wins as they tied the match up at three. It all came down to a three-set match in the no. six singles where Louisiana fought their way back after losing the first set to secure a 4-3 match win.
