Ladyjacks Host Canned Food Drive

NACOGDOCHES - The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack basketball team (1-1) will be sponsoring a canned food drive on Friday, Nov. 16, when it hosts Tulane at the William R. Johnson Coliseum. Fans with three canned food items will receive free admission to Friday's game. The food drive will support Nacogdoches HOPE and the Harvest House.
The game against the Green Wave will begin at 7 p.m. in the William R. Johnson Coliseum. The Ladyjacks are 1-1 (.500) on the season after impressive 95-57 thumping of Grambling State Tuesday night in Nacogdoches. Tulane is 1-1 (.500) after dropping a five-point decision to Georgia Tech.
