Plan B: The Ladyjacks game against Alabama, which was originally scheduled for Saturday at 4 p.m., has been moved up. The game will still be played Saturday but is now slated to tipoff at 2 p.m.
SFA vs. the Shockers: The Ladyjacks are 1-0 all-time against Wichita State. The game Friday will be the first meeting between the two schools since the 1980-81 season when SFA recorded an 80-55 victory.
SFA vs. the Crimson Tide: The Ladyjacks trail the all-time series against Alabama, 3-1, but SFA picked up an 89-87 victory the ast time the two schools met. The game Saturday will be only the second meeting between the two schools in the last 16 years.
Assault on the Millennium Club: Senior Nathesia Wright took another step closer toward stamping her name in SFA Ladyjack history Saturday at Arkansas. Wright scored 13 points against the Lady Razorbacks, which gives her 968 career points. Wright needs only 32 more points to become the 21st Ladyjack to record 1,000 career points. The last Ladyjack to join the club was Anitra Davis, who scored 1,751 points from 1995-99.
Looking Ahead... The Ladyjacks will be in Norman, Okla., Thursday Dec. 5th to take on 2002 NCAA runner-up Oklahoma. The game is slated to get underway at 7 p.m. SFA will follow that up three nights later with a game against Colorado State.
