
Ladyjacks Head to the Boot for the Last Time in the 2025 Season

NACOGDOCHES, Texas- The Stephen F. Austin volleyball program will head over to Louisiana for their final time during the 2025 season to face the New Orleans Privateers and the Southeastern Lady Lions.
WHERE TO TUNE IN
• Both matches will be broadcasted on ESPN+.

LAST TIME OUT
• SFA extends their win streak against McNeese to 18 and leads the series 49-11.
• Kennedy Jones recorded her third straight double-double with 21 kills (led team) and 10 digs.
• Camryn Hill recorded her fourth double-double in the last six matches with 14 kills and 19 digs.
• Katherine Holtman recorded 10 kills for her 16th match this season.
• Jayden Flynn ran the SFA offense with 28 assists followed by Zoe Gun with 25 assists. Gun recorded her first DI double-double tacking on 10 digs.
• Kyanna Creecy led the team with six blocks followed by Jordan Henderson who recorded five.
• Four 'Jacks recorded double-digit digs; Camryn Hill and Caroline Kahle led the team with 19 digs and Kennedy Jones and Zoe Gun recorded 10 digs.
SCOUTING NEW ORLEANS
• The Privateers enter Thursday's match with a 7-18 overall record and a 2-10 conference record with wins over Nicholls and Northwestern State.
• Courtney Roundtree and Alessandra Meoni lead the UNO offense with 215 and 206 kills respectively.
• Junior setter, Defne Eciroglu runs the 5-1 offense for the Privateers with 603 assists.
• Vanae Sapp and Celia Mbaya hold down the back line for UNO with 186 and 181 digs respectively.
• Three Privateers have over 40 blocks; Roundtree leads the team with 46 followed by Meoni with 42 and Akeir Scales with 42.
SCOUTING SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA
• The Lady Lions enter the week with an 18-6 and a 10-2 conference record with their only losses coming to the Ladyjacks and the Vaqueros.
• Kyra McKelvery leads the SLU offense with 316 kills and averages 3.90 kills per set.
• Ashley Richardson and Peyton Stokley run the Lady Lions 6-2 with 492 and 437 assists respectively. Stokley also leads the team with 28 aces on the season.
• Lexi Gonzalez leads the back line for SLU with 284 digs, averaging 3.94 per set.
• India Bennett is one of the most ferocious blockers in the Southland, she leads the conference with 1.63 blocks per set and is tied for the lead with 117 blocks.

• SFA leads the series against UNO 18-3 with a 6-3 record in New Orleans and are riding a 17-game winning streak.
• In SFA's sweep of the Privateers, Izabella Ortiz made her 2025 debut and recorded five kills. Katherine Holtman led the team with 11 kills and Kyanna Creecy led the team with five blocks.
• SFA leads the All-Time series against SLU 40-10 and has a 17-5 record in Hammond and broke SLU's four-game win streak in their previous matchup.
