
Ladyjacks Open SLC Tournament with Host No. 8 Seeded East Texas A&M Lions

SFA enters the tournament as the No. 1 seed for the tenth time in program history.
NACOGDOCHES, Texas- The Stephen F. Austin volleyball program will begin their 2025 tournament run against the No. 8 seeded East Texas A&M Lions.
WHERE TO TUNE IN
• All games will be broadcasted on ESPN+ with ETAMU's Greg Higgins and SFA's Brittany Castledine on the call.
• SFA's Greg Miller will serve as interview correspondent for the SLC Tournament.
LAST TIME OUT
• Ladyjacks secure their 13th SLC regular season title.
• 'Jacks secure the No. 1 seed in the Southland Conference Tournament for the tenth time in program history.
• SFA sweeps the season series against Lamar and moves to 44-21 all-time and extends the win streak to 22.
• Camryn Hill and Ilana de Assis led the team with 10 kills each.
• Hill recorded her team-lead eight double-double this season and her 1,000th career point.
• Zoe Gun led the offense with 14 assists followed by senior Jayden Flynn with 12.
• Jordan Henderson recorded her ninth match this season with at least five blocks as she led the team with five.

• ETAMU enters the SLC Tournament as the No. 8 seed with a 9-18 record with a 7-9 conference record.
• First Team Selection, Gracie Campbell leads the offense for the Lions with 380 kills and averages 3.84 per set.
• Junior setter Haley Mullaney runs the ETAMU offense with 599 assists (6.11 per set).
• First Team Selection, Jade Washington holds down the back line for the Lions with 551 digs (5.62 per set).
• Sophomore, Nevaeh Smith leads the net presence for the Lions with 70 blocks on the season.
SERIES HISTORY/LAST MATCHUP
• This will the fourth meeting in series history. SFA is currently 3-0 against ETAMU.
• The two teams matched up once this season on October 23 where the 'Jacks got a sweep against the Lions.
• Camryn Hill led the team with 11 kills and finished with her third double-double of the season with 13 digs.

• SFA's senior class of Camryn Hill, Izabella Ortiz, and Jayden Flynn have a 99-26 overall record, a 56-6 conference record, a WAC Tournament and Regular Season Championship, SLC Regular Season Championship, two NCAA Tournament berths (with one being the first At-Large bid in program history), and an NIVC Second Round Appearance.
• This class is chasing their third NCAA Tournament appearance in four seasons as well as their fourth conference championship.
FIRST TEAM STARS
• Senior Camryn Hill was named to the SLC First Team and was joined by teammate Katherine Holtman who earned her second straight First Team Selection.
• They add to the history of the Ladyjacks as the 90th and 91st All-Conference Selections and the 50th and 51st First-Team Selections.
