ST. GEORGE, Utah- The Stephen F. Austin soccer program begin their conference schedule in St. George as they face Utah Tech. SFA is looking to rebound after losing to UTSA 4-2 last Sunday.
Lily Hargrove is leading the team in goals (2), points (4), and shots on goal (5). Jayme Bailey, Reaganne Crane, Morgan Donohue, Mariona Garcia Dalmases, and Kyra Guhl all have scored a goal. Crane has two assists, while Donohue, Garcia Dalmases, Jamie Ingrassia, and Mattie Musser all have recorded one assist. Lydia Sattler has started the past three games and has recorded 31 saves on the season.
Bailey scored the first goal of the game in the 40th minute from outside the penalty box and it squeaked past the goalie and into the lower left corner of the goal. SFA tied the game up at 2 in the 66th minute after a strike from Crane, who got the pass from Ingrassia, from outside the penalty box went past the goalie into the lower right corner of the goal.
