Ladyjacks Fall in Conference Opener

ST. GEORGE, Utah- Utah Tech defeated Stephen F. Austin in the first game of conference Friday night. UTT improves to 5-3 while SFA falls to 1-6-1.
Utah Tech scored their goals in the 13th and 15th minutes of the game, but were held scoreless in the second half. Jamie Ingrassia and Ella Morgan were the only two Ladyjacks to record a shot on goal. Destiny Ramirez and Lily Hargrove also recorded a shot in this match. SFA kept pace with UTT in corner kicks as it was 5-3 in favor of UTT.
The Ladyjacks will be back in action Sunday, September 18th as they face off against Southern Utah at 1 p.m.
