SFA Baseball and Softball Teams Announce Walk-On Tryout Dates

NACOGDOCHES, Texas - SFA head baseball coach Johnny Cardenas and head softball coach Nicole Dickson have announced walk-on tryout dates for their respective teams for the 2019-20 academic year.
Baseball
Walk-on tryouts for the SFA baseball team will be held on Tuesday, September 3, at Jaycees Field. All participants wishing to participate in the walk-on tryout must arrive at Jaycees Field before the 4:30 p.m. start time.
In order to try out for the SFA baseball team, prospective players must be enrolled full-time at SFA for the fall 2019 semester. This will be the only tryout date being held for the upcoming season. No exceptions will be made to the date or time.

Softball
Walk-on tryouts for the SFA softball team will be held on Tuesday, September 3, at the SFA Softball Field. All participants wishing to participate in the walk-on tryout must arrive at the SFA Softball Field before the 3:00 p.m. start time.
In order to try out for the SFA softball team, prospective players must be enrolled full-time at SFA for the fall 2019 semester. This will be the only tryout date being held for the upcoming season. No exceptions will be made to the date or time.
