Game Notes & What To Watch For:
- Gametracker, live video and live chats will be available for all three games this weekend at www.sfajacks.com.
- Junior Bryson Myles has established himself as not only one of the best in the SLC, but in the nation with the numbers he has put up this season. Myles enters the weekend with 42 stolen bases and 82 hits, both marks that ranked him atop the SLC. His 42 swipes also leads the nation, and has made Myles the first SLC player since 1997 to swipe 40 bags in a season.
Myles also needs five more hits to tie Steven Hill's 2007 record of 87 hits, the top mark at SFA, and needs to score 13 more runs to tie Hill's record of runs scored in a single season.
- SFA needs to make up three games in two weekends on Texas State to win a share of the SLC crown. Currently the Bobcats' magic number stands at three to clinch at least a share of their third staright title, and four to win it outright.
- The Lumberjacks picked up their 30th win of the season on Sunday over UT-Arlington, marking just the the fourth 30-win season in recorded history for SFA. The 'Jacks are also just four wins shy of the school record of 34, set both in in 2010 and 1984.
- Southeastern is the lone team remaining in the SLC that SFA has yet to win a series from since bringing back baseball in 2006.
