Game Notes & What To Watch For:
- Due to the lack of internet at the game site, there will be no Gametracker available for Tuesday's game at UAPB. Fans are encouraged to follow along for inning-by-inning coverage on both Facebook and Twitter on SFA Athletics' pages.
- This is the second of a home-and-home series with the Golden Lions this year after SFA picked up a 5-0 win in Nacogdoches on March 2. That afternoon senior righty Jared West tossed his first complete game shutout of his career.
- Junior Bryson Myles currently is the national leader in stolen bases with 29, which is just one away from the all-time single-season record at SFA, set by Kai Kirby with 30 in 2008.
- Freshman Reid Landers will be making his first start of his collegiate career on Tuesday and just his fourth appearance of the season.
- Junior Jarid Scarafiotti has been on fire as of late, hitting .467 in his last dozen ballgames. He has picked up multiple hits in six of his last seven games with the only game in that span with just a single hit being last Tuesday at Houston Baptist when he homered in his only at-bat of the game.
