SFA To Play Doubleheader With Colonels On Saturday

THIBODAUX, La. - SFA and Nicholls State have shuffled their weekend series to avoid the impending inclement weather that is predicted for the area on Sunday.
The 'Jacks and Colonels will play a Saturday doubleheader beginning at 3:00 p.m. as was originally scheduled; however, Sunday's game has been moved to begin 30 minutes after Saturday afternoon's contest.
SFA took game one of the three game series Friday night 8-3 to halt an eight game skid.
Tuesday's doubleheader against UT-Pan American has also been altered and is now scheduled for a Monday game at 3:00 p.m. in addition to a Tuesday game at 1:00 p.m. Both games are scheduled to be played at Jaycees Field in Nacogdoches, the beginning of eight consectutive games SFA will play at home.
