Rebecca Alvidrez enters her fourth season in Nacogdoches with the Ladyjacks in 2020-21. SFA notched a 23-6 mark in 2019-20, and was the second seed in the Southland Conference Tournament before the season was cut short. Nonetheless, the Ladyjacks are one of just 20 NCAA Division I programs to post four consecutive 23+ win seasons, and the only school to do so in the Southland Conference
Alvidrez and the Ladyjacks became one of just 15 NCAA D1 programs to post back-to-back-to-back seasons of 25 or more victories with a 25-win campaign in 2018-19. The 'Jacks also compiled a win streak of 13 straight games, the fourth time in as many seasons in which the Ladyjacks have strung together a double-digit win streak.
