Kayla Scott has served as the Director of Operations for the Ladyjack Basketball program since 2016. She has been a part of a program who has won 23+ games in each of her seasons on staff, winning the Southland Conference regular season title, Southland Conference Tournament title, and reaching the 2021 NCAA Tournament along the way.
Scott is involved with nearly all facets of the Ladyjack program. She is directly in charge with all team travel and budgeting, on-campus recruiting visits, game scheduling, facility scheduling, weekly practice schedules, equipment management, and also serves as the camp director for Mark Kellogg Hoops Camps. She acts as the liaison between women’s basketball and the rest of the SFA Athletic Department and campus.
