DALLAS, Texas- Stephen F. Austin Women's Soccer (0-0-2) concludes their season-opening three-game road trip against the host SMU Mustangs (2-1-0).

Lumberjacks at a Glance:

The Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks close out their road trip when they travel to Dallas for a Sunday evening match-up with the SMU Mustangs looking to claim their first win of the season and first of Head Coach Ben William's SFA coaching career. The 'Jacks have opened up their season with consecutive ties and have played a strong physical game offensively and defensively. In their last game on Thursday evening, the Lumberjacks drew a tie with power four opponent Houston as they totaled their second consecutive game with 10 shots.

Mustangs at a Glance:

The SMU Mustangs carry a 2-1 record into Sunday night's match-up as they opened their season with a pair of commanding wins over Northwestern State and Texas Southern, before dropping their latest game to the Texas Longhorns. The Mustangs have scored at least three goals in all three games this season and open their season with a nine-game homestand that include games against Baylor, Syracuse, Boston College, and TCU.

Scouting Report:

For SFA, Ella Morgan has the team's lone goal this season while Reaganne Crane has one assist. Maddie Bowers and Jayme Bailey share the team lead in shots this season with four each, while sister duo Ella and Erin Morgan have been workhorses for Ben Williams as each have played the full 90 minutes in both games this season.

The Mustangs are led offensively by Liz Eddy who has two goals and five points this season. Three other Mustangs in Sammy Nieves, Nyah Rose, and Eliana Salama all have two goals on the season, while Maura Yumul leads the team with a pair of assists. Sierra Cota-Yarde has recorded three saves for SMU this season.

Series:

Sunday will mark the fifth all-time meeting as SMU holds a 4-0 all-time record over SFA. Sunday night will feature a rematch from last season when the Mustangs claimed a 3-1 win over the 'Jacks in Nacogdoches.
