DALLAS, Texas- The Stephen F. Austin soccer program continues its non-conference schedule in Dallas as they face No. 15 SMU. SFA is looking to rebound after losing to North Texas in their home opener (4-0).
Lily Hargrove is leading the team in goals (2), points (4), and shots on goal (5). Morgan Donohue, Mariona Garcia Dalmases, and Kyra Guhl all have scored a goal. Reganne Crane has two assists, while Donohue, Garcia Dalmases and Mattie Musser all have recorded one assist. The goalkeeping duties have been split between Koral Hughes and Lydia Sattler who have recored 14 and seven saves, respectively.
In the win against PVAMU, the first goal was scored in the 2nd minute after Musser passed it into Hargrove who put it in the back of the net. Hargrove's second goal was scored in the 11th minute off of a corner kick from Crane. The third and final goal of the game came off of the foot of Garcia Dalmases from the endline and it curved into the top left of the net over the goalie.
