Lumberjacks Statistical Analysis
Through 13 games, the Lumberjacks have forced their opponents to turn the ball over a total of 270 times which leads the nation in total number of turnovers. Therefore, the 'Jacks have 20.77 turnovers forced per game, which puts them 4th in the nation. Although the 'Jacks haven't been as accurate with their deep shots as they would like to be as of late, they still lead the conference with a 39.3% three-point percentage. Look for the Lumberjacks to bounce back on shots beyond the arc and use that statistic to their advantage as they take on their WAC opponents. Keep an eye out for Latrell Jossell, Cajuste, and Hayman to be the ones to make the shots from deep as they all have a three-point percentage above 40%.
Whenever you need to make some late-game free-throws, get the ball in Nigel Hawkins' hands. Hawkins leads the conference with an 88.2% free-throw percentage, making 45 buckets on 51 attempts.
Sadaidriene Hall went all out in the first half of the season in non-conference action, as he lead the Lumberjacks in the following categories: field goal percentage (62.7%), points per game (13.5), and total rebounds (85). Watch for Hall to continue to be a dominant force for the 'Jacks as he looks to lead the team to a conference championship.

The Wildcats come to Nacogdoches with a 8-5 record and a 2-5 record when not playing on their home court.
One of Abilene Christian's biggest strengths is very similar to SFA as they are very good with turning the ball over. They are ranked 9th in the nation, 3rd in the conference, in turnovers forced per game with 19.23. It's pretty evident that in order to win not only this match, but to win the conference, is to have good ball control and not turn the ball over.
The Wildcats are quick and efficient with their passing as they rank first in the conference, 25th in the nation, with assists per game (16.9). Damien Daniels seems to have his eye on the open teammate as he leads the team with 45 assists.
In order for the Lumberjacks to pull off the victory, they'll have to be able to contain Tobias Cameron and Immanuel Allen. They are the two lead scorers for the Wildcats and are the heart of the team. Cameron, the 6'5 graduate student from Australia, leads the team in field goal percentage (58%) and total rebounds (70) and has scored double-digit points in nine out of 13 games.
