Ellis Record-Setting Performance Highlights Track Action on Friday

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. -- Sophomore Branson Ellis continued his sensational indoor season at the Toyota USATF Indoor Championship in New Mexico on Friday, shattering both the SFA and Southland Conference record with his clearance of 5.80m (19-0.25). The standout performance highlighted a strong day of competition by the track and field team, as the remainder of the team competed at the Tyson Invitational in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
The Tyson Invitational resumes on Saturday morning at 11:30 a.m with the women's pole vault.
