NACOGDOCHES, Texas – The Stephen F. Austin Track and Field team gets right back to work this weekend at the Howie Ryan Invitational and the Don Kirby Invitational, looking to build on a strong start to the season thus far. The Howie Ryan Invitational is hosted by the University of Houston, while the Don Kirby Invite is hosted by the University of New Mexico and takes place in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Action in both invitationals kicks off on Friday.

SFA IN THE REGIONAL RANKINGS
The SFA women are ranked seventh in the USTFCCCA South Central regional rankings entering the week of competition, six spots ahead of the nearest Southland Conference program. The Lumberjacks are ranked 14^thin the South Central Region and third in the Southland Conference.

'JACKS IN THE NATIONAL RANKINGS
• Freshman Nastassja Campbell is ranked sixth nationally in the pole vault with a mark of 4.39m (14-4.75).
• Senior Antonio Ruiz is sitting at 10^thnationally in the men's vault with a mark of 5.52m (18-1.25).
• Cayla Burch ranks seventh nationally in the women's 600y run with a time of (1:22.96).
• Drake Murphy ranks 43^rdin the nation in the men's 800m run.
• The SFA men's pole vault squad is ranked fourth in the nation by the USTFCCCA.
• The SFA heptathlon and pentathlon groups are ranked sixth and seventh nationally, respectively, by the USTFCCCA.
