Softball Announces Fall Contests

NACOGDOCHES, Texas - Stephen F. Austin softball head coach Gay McNutt announced on Tuesday that the Ladyjacks will be taking part in fall contests, beginning this weekend at the Spring Klein College Classic.
The Ladyjacks will play three games on Saturday, Oct. 1, beginning with a 10 a.m. contest against San Jacinto College. They will then take on Texas A&M at 3 p.m., followed by Texas Southern 5:30 p.m.
Other institutions involved will be Alvin CC, Baylor, Blinn College, Galveston, Houston, LSU-Enice, Louisiana-Lafayette, McNeese St., St. Edwards, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, UTSA and Texas State.
SFA will then host McLennan Community College Oct. 8-9 at the SFA Field at 1 and 3 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday.
