Ladyjacks To Host No. 15 Baylor

NACOGDOCHES, Texas - The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack softball team will host its second nationally ranked team of the season Tuesday when SFA takes on No. 15 Baylor in a doubleheader. First pitch is scheduled for 3 p.m. from SFA Field.
The Ladyjacks (8-22) are coming off a six-day break following their 11-2 loss at ULM last Wednesday. SFA had won four of its last seven contests going into the game against the Warhawks.
The Ladyjacks opened their home slate on Feb. 16 with a doubleheader against Texas A&M. The Aggies came in ranked No. 23 and escaped with a sweep, taking the opener, 4-3, and winning Game 2 by a 9-0 final.
Baylor (27-5) is coming off a series split against those same Aggies over the weekend. Each team won on its home field in the Big XII showdown with both verdicts delivered on walk-off homers.
