
Ladyjacks Fall to TJC

NACOGDOCHES - The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack tennis team lost to Tyler Junior College, 6-1, Saturday afternoon. The Ladyjacks are now 2-4 (.333) overall on the season.
Tyler Junior College won the doubles point, sweeping all three matches. TJC added victories at Nos. 1 - 4 singles before freshman Kama Scott put the Ladyjacks on the scoreboard with her, 6-1, 7-5, victory over Marrisa Brown at No. 5 singles.
The Ladyjacks return to action Saturday when they host Louisiana-Monroe. The match against the Lady Indians is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m., from the SFA Tennis Courts.
