HAMMOND, La. - Late goals by seniors Sophia Pantazis and Christie Mestayer propelled the Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack soccer team to a 3-1 win over Southeastern Louisiana Sunday afternoon in Hammond. The Ladyjacks are now 10-4-3 (.676) overall and 8-1-2 (.818).

"I'm extremely proud of this team today," said SFA head coach Nicole Nelson. "This was a tough battle and we showed great determination. We really got some great leadership from our senior class today."
The Ladyjacks return to action Friday when they close out the 2004 regular season at home against McNeese State. The game is slated to begin at 7 p.m., at the SFA Intramural Complex.
