Froboese Earns SLC Hitter of The Week Honors

Stephen F. Austin senior Angela Froboese has been named the Southland Conference Hitter of the Week for the past week after leading the Ladyjacks to a pair of wins over UL-Monroe Sunday and Monday.
Froboese was seven for nine for the three game series with two runs batted in and two runs scored. Included in her seven hits were a pair of doubles. For the week, Froboese hit .778, and is now hitting .386 for the season.
The Ladyjacks are in College Station for a doubleheader today, and will return to SLC play this weekend at Southwest Texas.
