Ladyjack Softball Signs Another Recruit

NACOGDOCHES, Texas - Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack softball coach Ruth Wright announced today that Brooke Chandler, an infielder from Shreveport's C.E. Byrd High School has signed a national letter of intent to play softball at Stephen F. Austin next year.
Chandler is a power hitting infielder that was the first Byrd High School player to hit a home run in Byrd,s Field in a varsity game. She has helped lead her team to the Louisiana state play-offs two of the past three seasons, and was a First Team All-District selection as both a sophomore and junior.
The honors student has also been named a member of Who's Who Among American High School Students.
