Ladyjack Soccer Falls To Southwest Texas

NACOGDOCHES, Texas-- The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack soccer team fell short to the Southwest Texas Bobcats in a 2-0 lose in Nacogdoches at Homer Bryce Stadium.
The first goal of the match was scored by Southwest Texas freshman, Allison Crain 13 minutes into the first half. Crain scored the goal unassisted. The final goal was scored by Southwest Texas midfielder, Carly Krutsinger. Krutsinger was assisted by Crain.
Southwest goalie, Kristin Tutt, had six saves for the night, and Ladyjack goalie Lotta Westerberg had nine saves. Stephen F, Austin had 11 total shots and Southwest Texas had 19 total shots.
Ladyjack defender, Sarah Giessinger had three shots and two shots on goal for the evening.
The Ladyjacks will be traveling to Southeast Louisiana on Friday September 29. The Ladyjacks will host Southeast Louisiana on October 7th at 1:00 at Homer Bryce Stadium. Admission is free.
