Ladyjack Soccer Falls To Southeastern Louisiana

HAMMOND, Louisiana -- The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack soccer team fell short to Southeastern Louisiana in a 1-5 loss.
Goalie, Lotta Westerberg, had four saves and five goals against her.
The Ladyjacks took seven shots and had six corner kicks. They also had five shots on goal and one assist.
The first and final goal for the Ladyjacks was made by Sarah Giessinger at 88:26 and assisted by Kimberly Elger. Becky Nelson, Jessica Messner, Giessinger, Angela Rocco, Anna Steed all had one shot and one shot on goal. Jessica Negron and Heidi Moore had one shot during the match.
The Ladyjacks will be traveling to Thibodaux, Louisiana to play Nicholls State on October 1st at 2:00 p.m. The next home match will be October 7th at 1:00 p.m. in Homer Bryce Stadium. Admission is free.
