For the past five seasons, Adler Augustin has been an instrumental part of the Ladyjacks' on-court and off-court successes and will begin his sixth season on head coach Debbie Humphreys' staff in the 2020-21 season. After spending his first three seasons in Nacogdoches as an assistant coach, Augustin was elevated to the position of the Ladyjacks' associate head coach in July of 2019.
In five seasons in Nacogdoches, Augustin has helped the 'Jacks to three conference titles, two consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances and one NIVC appearance. He has also had a hand in producing 18 All Southland Conference players. Additionally, Augustin has mentored a pair of All Region players in Danae Daron and Ann Hollas, as well as one CoSIDA Academic All-American (Hollas). Under Augustin's tutelage, Hollas was a two-time Southland Conference First Team selection, and was selected as the league's Setter of the year during the 2018 season.
His first two campaigns in Texas' oldest town saw the 'Jacks lead the conference and rank 10th in the nation in team defense, holding opponents to a .151 hitting percentage.

• Assisted in leading SFA to five consecutive 20+ win seasons, including back-to-back • • 30+ win campaigns in the past two seasons
• While with UT Club, coached two national MVP's, eight First Team All-Tournament players and two all-conference players.
