2016 (Junior): Strengthened his pitching resume greatly through the course of a junior year in which he emerged as the 'Jacks' ace...Turned into a regular part of SFA's rotation, making 15 appearances and 14 starts...Fired a team-best 85 innings and wound up leading all SFA pitchers with a record of 6-2 and 72 strikeouts...Issued only 25 free passes and registered one save and one complete game...Locked down his first win of the season by working six innings of one-run baseball while striking out five in a 15-1 home victory over Sacred Heart (2/28)...During a three-week stretch from April 16 until May 6, won four-straight starts by six or more runs and threw at least six innings in all of those tilts...Racked up a career-high eight strikeouts through 6.1 innings of work during an 8-2 home win over Southland Conference foe McNeese (5/6)...Put the finishing touches on his third career save by firing four innings of shutout baseball in a 1-0 Southland Conference Tournament victory over Sam Houston State (5/28).
