SFA moves to 16-14 overall, wins 10th home game of the season
Josh Ibe sent a 3-0 pitch out to left centerfield for a two-run blast in response to the Panthers' top of the first tally. It was Ibe's third of the season and the Jacks' tenth at Pilgrim's Park this season.
SFA pushed across five runs in the third as Ibe doubled into the gap in right centerfield to score two, Evan Aslaksen doubled into deep centerfield to plate the former and Rodric Black singled in Peyton Adams to give the Jacks a 7-2 advantage.
That seven-run fifth inning featured singles from Jackson Benattar and Aslaksen to lead off the frame, four total walks including three-straight that all plated runs and a bases-clearing, three-run triple off the bat of Julian Swift.
A single by Mason Poppen was the final hit of the night for the Jacks as Adams scored for the third time to increase the lead to a dozen.
Six arms saw work for the Jacks in the win as Ayden Terry's two-inning stint resulted in just two hits and an unearned run as he picked up his first win. Andrew Wenske and Nate Bergeron combined on a perfect ninth.
