
Two Lumberjacks Receive USTFCCCA All-Academic Awards

New Orleans, Louisiana - Two men's Track and Field athletes have been named to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Awards List.
Graduate student Sheldon Noble and junior Cole Szegda have both received USTFCCCA All-Academic honors. Sheldon a native of St. Johns, Antigua and Barbuda is pursuing a degree a masters degree in sociology at SFA. Cole, a native of Columbia, Connecticut is pursuing a degree in business communications. Both athletes have maintained a GPA of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and have completed at least two semesters at the nominating institution.
The SFA Men's and Women's teams also received USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors with a 3.206 GPA and 3.16 GPA respectively.
