OREM, Utah- The Stephen F. Austin volleyball program continues its conference schedule against Utah Valley.
In the game against Seattle University Thursday night, the Ladyjacks won the first set 25-21, the second set 25-17, and the third set 25-18. SFA led SU in points (65-44), kills (51-34), aces (6-3), blocks (8-7), assists (45-34), digs (56-51), and hitting percentage (.303-.208). Ielan Bradleyled the offensive attack for SFA with 14 kills, she also recorded five blocks in this game. Payton Cerny recorded 13 kills in this game. Jayden Flynnrecorded her 7th double-double of the season with 22 assists and 11 digs and led the team in both categories. Maddy Bourque had 17 assists and nine digs. Haley Hoang tied Flynn for the lead with 11 digs, followed by Leah Powell and Ariana Pagan who each recorded 10 digs.
Pagan was named WAC Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season, and Ortiz was named WAC Defensive Player of the Week for the first time.
