The SFA Men's and Women's cross country teams competed with over 35 other schools in Fayetteville on Friday. The men finished 24th with a score of 633 (2:12:18) while the women's team finished 22nd with a score of 635 (1:34:31).
Lewis Mills finished with the fastest time on the men's side with a 25:29:4 (average mile time of 5:07), good for 77th out of 350 runners. For the women, Rachel Taylor finished in 53rd out of 330 with a total time of 17:59:1 (average mile time of 5:47).
The Cross Country squads will be in action again in College Station on Saturday, October 16th as they compete in the Arturo Barrios invite.
