The SFA soccer team lost its first conference game of the season on the road against Abilene Christian by a score of 3-1. The defeat ended a perfect 8-0 start to life in the WAC and is the first time in conference play the team allowed multiple goals.
A second-half Lily Hargrove goal kept the Lumberjacks' goal-scoring streak alive and extends it to nine games. It was her third goal of the season and her second against the Wildcats. Colleen Feagins collected her 5th assist of the season on the Hargrove strike and was her team-leading 9th goal contribution of the year.
