Underwood Announces Walk-On Tryout Date

NACOGDOCHES, Texas - Stephen F. Austin head men's basketball coach Brad Underwood announced on Tuesday an Oct. 11 walk-on tryout date to join the Lumberjacks basketball team.
The tryout will begin that Friday at 7 a.m. and students must pick up and fill out an application at the men's basketball office at William R. Johnson Coliseum in order to participate. The applications will be available beginning tomorrow, Oct. 2 at 9 a.m. and must be turned in by Thursday, Oct. 10 at 12 p.m. along with a completed physical.
After that time registration will be closed and only those who have submitted that physical will be able to try out.
