Meet The 'Jacks Set For October 23

NACOGDOCHES, Texas - Stephen F. Austin's annual "Meet The `Jacks" dinner will be held Oct. 23, at First United Methodist Church in Nacogdoches. The event is sponsored by the Nacogdoches Rotary Club.
This will mark the first chance for fans to meet the 2012-13 Lumberjack and Ladyjack teams and coaching staffs. The event is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. and tickets are $10. To purchase tickets or for more information, interested parties can contact any Nacogdoches Rotary Club member.
Both the Lumberjacks and Ladyjacks open the season on Nov. 9 at home with the men slated to take on Howard Payne and the women to battle ULM.
