McCloud Prepares for NCAA Championships

NACOGDOCHES, Texas - Defending Southland Conference champion, and All-SLC athlete Nick McCloud has qualified for the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 60-meter hurdles. The indoor championships begin Friday in College Station, Texas. The 60-meter hurdle preliminary heats are slated to begin at 4:45 p.m. Friday.
McCloud won the Southland Conference title in the event in Norman, Okla. The school-record holder, he just missed a second-straight title this past weekend at the Arkansas Last Chance meet.
If McCloud advances to the finals they will take place Saturday at 5:30 p.m.
