SFA Season Opener Moved Up On Saturday

NACOGDOCHES, Texas - The season opener for the Lumberjack baseball team has been moved up to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday against Mississippi Valley State at the ULM Warhawk Classic.
The game had originally been scheduled for 3:00 p.m., but now SFA will serve as part of the opening game for the Saturday session of the classic.
SFA still has two games scheduled for Saturday, with the Lumberjacks still set to battle host ULM at 7:00 p.m. in the session finale. The 'Jacks will still wrap up the weekend with a 4:00 p.m. game against Northwestern State on Sunday afternoon.
SFA will open up its home schedule and unveil the revamped Jaycees Field at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 24 against Houston.
