NACOGDOCHES - The Stephen F. Austin men and women's cross country teams will face their toughest challenge of the season Saturday afternoon, as they travel to Fayetteville, Ark., to compete in the Chili Pepper Invitational. SFA will be competing against nationally and regionally ranked teams on both the men and women's side.
"This is going to be the first race where we go out from the gun," said Snelling. "We are going to roll the dice and see where we are at compared to some of the other top teams in the country. It will be good to see how we stack up both in and out of our region."
The men's race is set to get under way at 9:30 a.m. The women's race will begin approximately one hour after the men's race. The meet will be run at the Agri Park Cross Country Course in Fayetteville.
