Lumberjacks Crack Top 25

The Stephen F. Austin Lumberjack track and field team kicked-off the 2002 indoor season last Saturday at the Houston Indoor Classic recognized as one of the nation's top teams. SFA is currently ranked 25th in the nation in the Trackwire 25 poll.
The Lumberjacks return 10 All-Southland Conference athletes from last season's team and two-time All-American pole vaulter Adam Keul (Tyler, Texas). Keul was the 2001 NCAA Indoor Championships runner-up in the pole vault when he set a new school record with his vault of 18-7.50.
The Lumberjacks continue the 2002 indoor season Saturday in Baton Rouge, La., at the LSU Purple Tiger meet.
