SFA To Host Southland Conference Championship Meet

NACOGDOCHES, Texas -- The Stephen F. Austin State University athletic department will be hosting the 2000 Southland Conference championship cross country meet Monday, October 30. The meet will be held at the Pineywoods Country Club in Nacogdoches, Texas. The women will begin their 5K run at 10:00 a.m., and the men will begin their 8K run at 11:00 a.m.
Eleven Southland Conference schools will be participating in the meet. These schools will include Stephen F. Austin, Texas-Arlington, Louisiana-Monroe, Nicholls State, Sam Houston state, McNeese State, Southeastern Louisiana, Lamar, Texas-San Antonio, Northwestern State and Southwest Texas State.
