Lumberjacks Get Set for Battle of the Sabine Against Northwestern State

Due to anticipated rain, the weekend schedule has shifted to a Thursday doubleheader at 4 and 6:30 p.m. and a single game on Friday at noon.
NACOGDOCHES, Texas- The Stephen F. Austin softball team returned home for an unexpected quick turnaround for their series against the Northwestern State Demons.
SCHEDULE UPDATE
• Due to anticipated rain, we have moved our Saturday doubleheader to Thursday, April 2 at 4:00 and 6:30 p.m.
• Friday's single game has been moved up from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
• SFA dispatched of PVAMU in run-rule fashion with a 12-4 win.
• Three Lumberjacks recorded two hits led by a 2-2 day rom Malia Jones, then two hits from Adelyn Becerra and Lilly Bean.
• Bean led the team with two homeruns followed by one from Jones and Ella Hill.
• Jones and Bean tied for the team lead with three RBIs followed by two from Becerra.
