
Ladyjacks Gear up for SLC Semifinal Rematch with No. 2 Lamar Cardinals

SFA faces No. 2 Lamar for the second straight year in the Tournament Semifinals.
GAME 1 @ LAMAR: Lamar 73, SFA 63
• Key Roseby led the team with 16 points, four three-pointers and two steals.
• Kaylinn Kemp scored 12 points and led the team with five assists for her 14th straight game with at least five assists.
• Aziyah Farrier led the team with seven boards and tied for the team lead with two blocks.
• Ashlyn Traylor-Walker scored six points and recorded two blocks as she made her comeback to the court.
GAME 2 VS LAMAR : SFA 58, Lamar 57
• Lydia Cajuste followed in her husband's steps with her game winner as AJ won SFA Men's Basketball's first round matchup against ACU in the 2024 WAC Tournament.
• Kaylinn Kemp led the team with 17 points, four assists and was second on the team with seven rebounds.
• Key Roseby led the Ladyjacks with nine boards.
• Cha Gardner recorded two blocks against the Cardinals.
• Three Ladyjacks were perfect from the free throw line and Cajuste was a perfect 2-2 from beyond the arc.

• SFA holds a 61-18 overall record over Lamar including an 8-3 neutral record.
• Last season the Ladyjacks defeated the Cardinals in the SLC Semifinals, 61-53 on their way to the 2025 SLC Tournament Title.

• Aziyah Farrier tied Perry for the team lead with 10 rebounds and tied Cha Gardner for the team lead with two blocks.

• Key Roseby earned All-Southland First Team after starting in all 31 games for the Ladyjacks this season and leads the team with 416 points and averages 13.4 per game.
• Roseby leads the team with 23 games with at least 10 points and has four games with at least 20 points. She also has five games with at least ten rebounds, one game with at least five assists, one game with at least three blocks, and four double-doubles this season.
• Harmanie Dominguez earned All-Southland Second Team after starting all 31 games and averaging a team-high 31.2 minutes per game. She is second on the team with 403 points and averages 13.0 per game.
• Aziyah Farrier earned All-Southland Defensive Team after pulling down 136 defensive rebounds and 198 total rebounds, which is the second most on the team.
