FRISCO, Texas - Bryn Geppert was announced as the Southland Defensive Player of the Week on Tuesday morning.
In the past week, Geppert had a highlight performance against UTRGV, scoring the game-winning goal and posting two 90-minute performances against SLU and UTRGV. She assisted in helping SFA post their seventh shutout of the season, and was 100% on her defensive duals while going 82% overall in the match. Against SLU, Geppert was accurate on 77% of her passes and 88% accurate on passes in the 'Jacks attacking third and going 75% on her defensive dual success.
