NACOGDOCHES, Texas- The Stephen F. Austin Ladyjack Tennis team (13-6, 7-1 SLC) close out their regular season schedule on Saturday afternoon as they host the Northwestern State University Lady Demons (9-6, 8-0 SLC) in their home and regular season finale.
Ladyjacks at a Glance:
The Ladyjacks continue to take care of business on their home court as they swept the Southeastern Louisiana Lady Lions 7-0 on Saturday, before posting a gritty 4-3 win over the McNeese State Cowgirls on Monday morning. The two conference wins for the 'Jacks extended their winning streak to three games, while improving their conference record to 7-1 and their home record to 6-3 on the season. The Ladyjacks can now not finish any worse than third place in the Southland standings as they will start prepping for the Southland Tournament Championships following their match against the rival Lady Demons, with a win over the Lady Demons moving the Ladyjacks into a three-way tie for first place in the Southland standings.

The Northwestern State University Lady Demons hit the road to close out their regular season schedule having already secured at worst a share of the Southland Conference regular season title following the Lady Demons 4-3 senior day win over the Southeastern Louisiana University Lady Lions. A win for the Lady Demons would secure the outright title for Northwestern State as they look to maintain their perfect 8-0 conference record on the season.
