Hayman has been a consistent presence in the 'Jacks lineup, but he stepped it up this week, recording a double-double with 14 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 assists in a crucial win Monday against UTRGV. He then dropped a team-high 25 points, 4 assists, and 3 rebounds to lead the Lumberjacks to a huge win against Northwestern State.
Hayman has already been named Southland Player of the Week once this season, and this is the second time Matt has been named Southland Player of the Week Honorable Mention.
