SFA Track and Field Travels to Clyde Hart Inv.

WACO, Texas- Stephen F. Austin will travel to the Clyde Hart Track & Field Stadium to take part in the Clyde Hart Invitational. The track meet will be hosted by the University of Baylor from March 22nd-23rd.
Coach Robert Hansen is looking to improve off a first week that was impacted by the weather. "We're really chomping to get out there after half the group got rained out in Denton last week. This will be a nice measuring stick against some big-time programs, for us."
Gideon Mengich and Nathan Kapel will look to continue off their very successful first season as a Lumberjack. Both Mengich and Kapel will be running in the 1500m. Emmanuel Ekuma will represent the men in the throws. Cole Szegda and Keaton Parker will participate in the men's javelin. Francisco Marques will be SFA's specialist for the 110m hurdles.
