
Nana Antwi-Boasiako Named WAC Men's Player of the Week

NACOGDOCHES, Texas- The Western Athletic Conference (WAC) announced their final WAC Men's Player of the Week award for the 2023-24 season. Stephen F. Austin's Nana Antwi-Boasiako received the honor after putting up a career high 30-point performance in SFA's 84-71 win over the Utah Tech Trailblazers.
Nana finished the game with 30 points on 8-for-11 shooting from the field, 10-for-12 from the free throw line, and 4-for-5 from the three-point line. He set a new career high in points and tied his career high in made three-pointers.
Nana also made his presence felt on the defensive side as he picked up three rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one blocked shot. He also led the Lumberjacks with his 34 minutes played.
The Lumberjacks will face Abilene Christian in the first round of the Western Athletic Tournament on March 13th at 10:30 p.m. CT.
