Ladyjacks Win the 2024 Colonial Lanes Classic, Brystal Beyer and Morgan LiCausi named All-Tournament Team

HARAHAN, LA - Ladyjacks end the fall portion of their schedule in excellent fashion, winning the 2024 Colonial Lanes Classic. Picking up their first tournament championship since the 2022-23 season, SFA added two bowlers to the All-Tournament Team in Brystal Beyer and Morgan LiCausi.

Day One
SFA started off drawing 4 nationally ranked teams, 3 picked in the top ten of the NTCA preseason poll. Two of the games led the Ladyjacks to 1,000+ pin totals, headlined by their first win against Vanderbilt.

Day Two
With four games breaking 1,000+ pins, the Ladyjacks moved up from 5th overall to 2nd. Brystal Beyer and Morgan LiCausi made the All-Tournament team, finishing sixth and seventh overall respectively.

Day Three
Starting off the final day of competion, SFA fell to the #1 Commodores in the first game, but made quick work of #4 Sacred Heat to make it into the Championship Match. After tying the first game, the Ladyjacks went back and forth with Vanderbilt, forcing a 5 frame roll-off after winning game seven 213-208.

The Ladyjacks struck four times in the roll-off to walk away as the 2024 Colonial Lanes Classic Champions.

With the Ladyjacks win over Vanderbilt, Head Bowling Coach Amber Lemke hit 976 career wins at SFA.
